Hi! My name is Oluwatosin Akindele, Tosin for short. Thank you for allowing yourself to embark on the healing process. Surviving any sort of traumatic experience always has long lasting residual effects on us and the people we cherish. Do remember, whatever it is that you may be feeling, no matter how difficult and debilitating it may seem, it is absolutely normal. My practice is rooted in trauma theory, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy. I have successfully worked with a wide range of clients, from teens struggling with self esteem to adults struggling with co occurring disorders.
